From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' started with an ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Milano 12, Napoli. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our small, family-owned pizzeria inherited generations of recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, refined her pizza craft on her Italian voyages, apprenticing with esteemed pizza makers in Naples, where pizza was born. She came back to the UK with a mission to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, upholding traditional techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Our original tiny pizzeria with just 12 seats has expanded into a cherished culinary cornerstone, yet our devotion to superior quality and genuine taste remains unchanged. We continue to employ the same wood-firing methods, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and select the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' is still under the care of the Bianchi lineage with the second generation at the helm of our zealous crew. Despite adopting a few contemporary upgrades, our core principle endures: serving up scrumptious, legitimate pizza that unites folks.
