At Dough Maestro's Pizzeria, we take pride in offering fresh and delightful meals to all our customers. Our refund policy ensures that our customers are fully satisfied with their experience at our pizzeria. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 minutes from the time of your pickup or delivery to request a return due to dissatisfaction with your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that return costs are not covered by Dough Maestro's Pizzeria.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us immediately at +39 081 123 4567.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first verifying that your item is eligible for a return.
